Stop Trying to Do It All!

I help stay-at-home moms overcome their fear about getting back into the workforce.

Because going back to work is so much more than just finding a job.

Reader, going back to work after being home with your kids is a huge shift; more than anyone really talks about.

When I first went back to work after eight years at home, I tried to do everything exactly like I had before (spoiler alert, it was a disaster!)

I realized I couldn’t do it all, and that was okay. What helped me was getting clear on what really matters and taking care of myself along the way.

This can help to make things a little easier for you:

  1. Stop minimizing your workload. Start redistributing it.
  2. Pick one real priority. Not everything deserves equal weight.
  3. You are the first non-negotiable. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish; it’s essential.

Remember, this is a transition, and it’s okay if everything isn’t perfect. You’re doing more than you think, and you deserve to acknowledge that every single day.

If this feels hard for you, then I want to support you. Get on my calendar and we can talk about what you struggle with most.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. You deserve support on your journey back to work.

In your corner, always,

Carrie
